1. Acceptance
By accessing or using SA Teachers ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

3. AI-Generated Content
Content generated by our AI tools is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed by educators before use. You retain ownership of the content you generate. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is error-free or suitable for all educational contexts.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Paystack. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Refund eligibility is governed by our separate Refund Policy.
Prohibited Use
You may not use the Service to generate content that is harmful, discriminatory, or violates South African law. Any abuse of AI models will result in immediate termination.
